BIlling & Shipping FAQ

Billing / Payment Information:
Forms of payment include: cash (gun and trade shows only), debit/credit card (we accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express) and check/money order by mail. Please note that if you are paying by check, we will not note your order as paid until the check clears.
All debit/credit cards are charged at the time of purchase, using Stripe© or PayPal. We do not store any card information, nor can we view that information.

Please note that we do not save your payment information, therefore if any changes are made to the order that result in additional charges, a PayPal invoice will be e-mailed to you for those additional charges.

Stripe© Encryption: All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe's internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers; instead, they can just request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist. Stripe's infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure, and doesn't share any credentials with Stripe's primary services (API, website, etc.).

Shipping:
We ship all holsters using the United States Postal Service USPS for a flat fee of $7.99 no matter how large your order. Depending on the size of your order, we will either ship using a Padded Flat Rate Envelope or a Priority Mail Box. If the cost of your purchase is greater or equal to $150 before shipping, you qualify for free shipping. If you are local, you can arrange to pick up your order for free at a local Dealer. If you order just a belt attachment or two, you have the option of First Class Mail by USPS for $3.99.

Shipping will generally take 2-3 days until delivery. There are sometimes delays in shipping with the United Postal Service. Once the package leaves our shop, there is nothing we can do about delayed shipping.

If you believe your package has been lost by the USPS, please call us immediately. We will open a case with the Post Office and send out a new order immediately. We will wait 48 hours for the Post Office to complete their investigation and come to a conclusion over the case, at which time we will remake the order and send it out to you.
