Received the Incorrect Order: If you received the incorrect order, please notify us immediately so that we can address and fix the issue. While several quality checks are performed on each order, some mistakes do slip through the cracks. If the wrong order is sent, please notify us by either e-mail or telephone and be prepared to send us a picture of the item(s) received. We will send a pre-paid return label to you via e-mail. Please send the holster and packaging back to us, and we will get your correct item(s) sent out to you as soon as possible.
My Holster and/or Mag Carrier does not fit properly: If you are having fitment issues, please contact us immediately so that any issues can be fixed as soon as possible. Please be prepared to send in a picture of the holster AND your firearm so that we can see the holster and determine the problem. Please be sure that the picture is clear and shows every side of the holster. This is how we determine what needs to be done to fix the issue, and clear pictures will help speed up the process.
After viewing any pictures we will be able to determine if another holster needs to be made or if we can fix the holster you received. Based on our analysis we can determine what needs to be done. You will either be sent a pre-paid return label via e-mail to send the holster back to us for fixing, or we will start on a new holster and notify you once the holster is ready. We will include a pre-paid return label in the package with the new holster for you to send the defective holster back to us.
NO FEES will ever be applied when fixing a holster with fitment issues. We will do everything we can to make this process as quick and painless as possible.
If the fitment issue is the result of a wrongful selection, a restocking fee may be applied to the order. If you choose the S&W M&P 9/.40 4.25" and you have a S&W M&P Shield, it is not our fault that the holster does not fit.
*PLEASE NOTE: Dara Holsters & Gear, Inc. is not responsible for holster wear or other finish related issues on your firearm. If the holster does not fit, do not try and force the gun into it. That will most likely result in ruining the finish, especially if it is a painted finish.
*PLEASE NOTE: If you have a light or laser attachment that required a picture for order completion, and you did not send in a picture with your order, that is most likely the reason for your fitment issues. You will be charged shipping both ways to fix the holster.
*PLEASE NOTE: If you have a highly customized firearm, please note any and ALL customizations in the custom notes section. We need to know everything that may affect the fitment of the holster. To ensure that your holster will fit properly, please follow up the order placement with an e-mail containing any pictures of your firearm as well as an order # for reference. This will give us a visual reference when molding the holster . We cannot make a holster for something we do not have, so if you have a very extended mag release or a longer than usual threaded barrel, please specify this and provide measurements if at all possible.
