How to Order:

Firearm:
Start by choosing your firearm model. We have two drop down menus that list each Manufacturer and Model in alphabetical order. If you don't see your firearm, we may not have that model available just yet. You can contact Customer Support to see if your model is available.

Holster Color:
The next step is choosing your Holster Color. We do provide swatches on the order form, but larger pictures can be found on our FAQ page here.

Draw Hand:
Choose how you'd like to carry the holster.

Belt Attachment:
Choose your desired belt attachment from the drop down menu, along with the corresponding belt size. 1.5" is the most common belt size. 1.75" is most common for tactical belts, and 2"-2.25" is common for duty belts.

Ride Height:
This is how your holster and firearm will sit in relation to the belt, vertically. A low ride height put the grip of the gun lower in the belt line. Be careful with a low ride height, as the grip of the firearm can become buried easily with a reverse cant angle. A mid ride height, which is the most common, will put the top of the belt in line with where the trigger guard meets the frame. The high ride height will put the holster higher up on the belt, giving you a full grip. To see the ride height and cant angle chart, scroll through the product pictures. PLEASE NOTE: The Grip Concealment Claw will not work with a low ride height.

Cant Angles:
We offer many different cant angles conducive to every carry method. If you plan to carry at 12 o'clock, you'll want to choose a straight draw (0° cant). The forward cantangle tilts the grip away from your draw hand. A reverse cant angle tilts the towardsyour draw hand. PLEASE NOTE: The Grip Concealment Claw works best with straight draw.

Custom Notes:
This is where you'll want to bring any customizations up. We need to know about switched magazine release buttons, extended mag release buttons, suppressor height sights and other such modifications.

    Walther PPM2 RMSC Holster

    Posted by M on 15th Mar 2020

Dara is my first choice for holsters based on a lot of previous good experiences. For this holster, I had a few issues with the initial product delivered to me, but Dara quickly worked through all my concerns and delivered a new holster faster than I could have ever expected. My five-star rating is for 1) the updated product that I received, and 2) Dara's outstanding customer service.

For those interested in the Walter PPS2 M2 RMSc holster, I recommend talking with Dara about tradeoffs with a standard cutout holster before ordering. The concept of holster coverage for the RMSc seems like a good idea; however, in my personal use, it did wind up adding a little extra bulk at my waistline that I did not care for. Ultimately, I think that I prefer a holster cutout for red dot site since to keep a slimmer profile.

    Dara custom AIWB

Posted by Ryan Visket on 13th Feb 2020

Dara has become my go to holster for everything if they offer it. Sadly some pistols home in other brands ONLY because they aren’t offered from Dara. My recent AIWB was in keeping with the highest traditions of Dara. I purchased an AIWB holster for my Hellcat. The fit and function are perfect. Little things like the sweat guard being an integral wrap around to the front of the holster rather than a plastic shiv to remind you guy that you’re carrying. Or the radius clip that is still easy to don/doff but doesn’t create those sharp point the print into your garment. This leads to less fidgeting with your shirt and more confidence. My specific holster accomplished form and function which is not easy on micro compact guns. It is secure yet I can still get a high firm grip yet looks just as good going between my jeans and my gun safe. Kudos to Dara once again for an amazing product.

Interesting holster design with the claw. The claw on this holster is different than most with it being slightly offset and dropping down to the lower edge of the frame and barrel. Weapon fit is outstanding like all Dara’s I’ve experienced. Only draw back, it’s a personal one, I’m 5’7 150lbs and this holster is pretty thick compared to most other brands running .80 kydex. I think Dara runs .90-.93. Just FYI.

    New Holster

Posted by Trevor on 18th Jan 2020

Just received my new Dara holster. I love the reduction in printing because of the claw. After only a few hours of wear, it seems as comfortable as any other kydex iwb holster I have yet tried. Seems well crafted and durable. I would definitely recommend this holster!

    Worth the price

Posted by Nathan on 23rd Nov 2019

I've had holsters from several of the big name companies (Vedder, crossbreed, Tier1) and Dara seems to always be more comfortable somehow. Big fan of their claw design, my gripe with Vedder was that the screw holding the claw also controlled retention so the claw would get loose and wiggle if you wanted lower retention. Not an issue with Dara. Also like that they included 2 different options for height on the claw, haven't gotten that from any other company either. Will be using Dara for all my holsters.

Great Holster - You Might End Up Removing The Claw

Posted by Mac on 2nd Nov 2019

I gave it five stars so relax :-) I'm not bashing it, just passing along some information. I have AIWB holsters for both my Glock 42 and Glock 43 and I've removed the "Claw" from both. Although it makes the grip fit closer to my belly it also causes the rear of the slide to protrude a bit. I'm a bit chubby, 5'11'' and 190. I've also gone to carrying it somewhat cross-draw at 11-O'Clock, it fits better, conceals better, and I feel I can draw easier while sitting in a vehicle or other location. Love the holsters.

    Good quality, could conceal better

Posted by Aaron on 26th Aug 2019

I ordered a mid-ride, straight-draw holster for a Walther CCP. It seems so far to be good quality, and fit my pistol perfectly. Retention was also good out of the box, although it is adjustable. My one issue is that I'd like a more grip-in muzzle-out ride for better concealment, but this may be an issue unique to my body and current belt. This is also probably fixable by just gluing a wedge onto the back of it, and the claw does it's job of pushing the butt into my body very well.
