Custom Status Updates!

Good news: We've just integrated a new app that now gives us the ability to give Custom Status Updates! No more waiting 4-5 weeks with no update, your order status will now be changed according to the stage of production that it's in.

Once you place an order, your status will say: 

Stage #1: Order Received: Awaiting Review in the Queue

Stage #2: In Production: Order is currently being Molded

Stage #3: Edge Finishing, Quality Checking and Assembling

Stage #4: Shipped

Stage #1: Order Received: Awaiting Review in the Queue

Once an order is placed, the order sits in this stage until the work order is printed. During this time, you may make changes to the order and cancel without any restocking fee. Towards the end of this stage your order will be reviewed and printed. Please be available by phone or e-mail to answer any questions or clarify any customizations.

Stage #2: In Production: Order is currently being Molded

At this stage, your work order has been printed and distributed to the appropriate technician. They will make sure they have everything they need to complete the order, as well as begin the molding process. It is at this time that some mistakes in firearm selection are caught, so please be available by phone to answer any questions we may have. Your order will be delayed if we are unable to reach you right away and cancelled if you do not respond in a reasonable amount of time. After your holster is molded, the folded piece of plastic that will become your custom holster is quality checked. After the quality check is complete the edges are shaped.

Stage #3: Edge Finishing, Quality Checking and Assembling

At this stage, after the edges are cut and shaped, the edge finishing process begins. This may take up to a week as this is the longest process. Once the edges are finished, the holes for the belt attachment and retention are drilled. The holsters are quality checked a second time, and assembly begins. After assembly the orders are quality checked a third and fourth time, then packaged.

Stage #4: Shipped

Once a shipping label is purchased and printed the order will be marked as shipped. Once this happens you should receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number from us. If your tracking number has not started moving within a few hours of the e-mail, it may have missed pick up and should begin moving on the next business day.
