Regarding Manufacturing during the COVID-19 Outbreak

First of all- a HUGE thank you goes out to all of our supportive and patient customers. You all have been a tremendous blessing to us during this time. We really appreciate the patience and your continued support & understanding.

Please be aware that we are still shipping & manufacturing holsters at this time. However, we are experiencing a very high order volume that rose alongside the spread of the Coronavirus and has continued to rise ever since.

We were not prepared for the significant increase in order volume and unfortunately have been further handicapped by the inability to hire new employees to combat this higher volume, due to the Coronavirus.

We are working overtime to manufacture and ship all orders in a timely manner, but please be aware that the current lead time is about 3 weeks from order date to shipment.

Faster methods are available, such as our Express Pass. The Express Pass will, essentially, move you from the back of the line to the front. Express Shipping is available as well.

All standard orders will be manufactured and shipped in the order in which they were received.

What Happens After an Order is Placed

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an automated order confirmation e-mail within seconds. If you do not receive this e-mail and it is not in your spam folder, please reach out to us ASAP, as the e-mail address may not be correct.
  • After the confirmation e-mail you will not hear from us again until the order goes into production. This is because there are no updates to provide, your order is simply waiting in line. Please take this time to ensure everything on your order is correct. If you need to cancel or make changes, now is the time.
  • Once your order goes into production, another automated e-mail will be sent out to notify you that the status of the order has been updated.
  • After you receive this e-mail, you should receive a shipping confirmation with tracking within 2-3 business days.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. Once the order has shipped, we cannot change anything. 

If you need to cancel your order, please let us know immediately, do NOT wait until after the order ships. Once an order ships, the transaction is complete.
