A lot of times you place an order through a company and it just doesn't feel like they care about your product. They send you some cookie cutter product that has been pre packaged and sitting in a warehouse for a year. My experience with DARA has been quite different. The gun that I own was not in their catalog but I ordered it anyway and instructed them as to what I needed. The next day they started work on my holster and within a week my holster was at my door. The holster itself was superb, out of the box it fit like a glove and gave me the confidence to carry my Walter anywhere. The thing that struck me as I opened the box was the order slip they left in the box. They focused on my order highlighting crucial details including the alterations that needed to be made. They included multiple signatures of the individuals who worked and supervised its construction. A real product produced for Americans by Americans, I felt the sense of pride. After this I began the instillation, which to be honest was a painful experience. This was my fault however as I decided it would be easier to install the holster without removing the dashboard panel. After 2 hours of work the mount was in place and ready for use. The mounting works perfectly and is still in use as I type this. This was my first DARA holster but it will certainly not be the last. Much love,
