Hassle Free Returns on all Quick Ship Items!

Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please call our customer support. There is no way to cancel an order on your own, and we do not cancel orders via e-mail. We will charge a 20% restocking fee for orders that have begun production. There is a 10% cancellation fee for all orders.

Returns: Any items needing to be returned must be returned within 30 days of delivery. There are absolutely no returns for Custom Holsters or Duty Holsters. This means: If your holster was not taken off a shelf and shipped (ie: 24 hour quick ship) you CANNOT return this holster, period.

NON-REFUNDABLES: Custom Made to Order Holsters are non refundable. PLEASE NOTE: While we do allow customers to build holsters from the ground up using any specifications wanted, not all combinations are comfortable.  If a customer neglects to mention a customization on the order form, resulting in a fitment issue we are not responsible.

To return a 24 Hr Quick Ship item, please log in to your DARA HOLSTERS account. Go to MY ACCOUNT - then, Completed Orders. Choose the item you'd like to return and click Return Item(s). Please note that after 30 days we are unable to process returns of any kind. A 20% restocking fee will also be applied to the refund.

Once the item(s) is received the refund will be initiated. The refund will be given through the same payment channel through which the original payment was received. It usually takes 3-7 business days for the funds to appear back in your account.

Exchanges: Only 24 Hr Quick Ship Holsters received within 30 days are eligible for exchanges. To make an exchange, please contact our Custom Service Department via telephone or e-mail. There may be a 20% restocking fee associated with the exchange, and a wait time may be applied depending on the circumstances. Dara Holsters reserves the right to deny exchanges, based on any reason.

How Exchanges Work: Call or e-mail the Customer Service department and provide the order # and/or last name of the order you'd like to exchange. Customer Service will then provide you with the options available to you and notify you of any restocking fees that may be associated with the exchange. Depending on the item you wish to receive, a wait time may be applied.

Please note Dara Holsters & Gear, Inc. is not responsible for holster wear or other finish related issues on your firearm. If the holster does not fit, do not try and force the gun into it. That will most likely result in ruining the finish, especially if it is a painted finish.

Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for all products. This policy means that if you receive your holster and it does not match up to what you ordered we will replace it for free. Please keep in mind that you are ordering a made to order Custom Product. If you receive an order made exactly to your specifications, but decide that you don't like Kydex or all of the sudden choose not to carry the firearm your holster was made for, this does not fall under the satisfaction guarantee policy.
